Can I get a full refund?
Verali Shoes is committed to making your shopping experience worry-free! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Verali Shoes will happily accept exchanges or returns on unworn merchandise returned to the Verali Shoes online store within 30 days of the order date.

You are responsible for the return postage.

If you want to return an item for a full refund, please make sure:

1. The product is purchased at full price.

2. The product is unused and in its original packaging.

3. You have completed the return form with all required details, including your Order Confirmation Number, which can be found on the original confirmation email notification sent to you by Verali Shoes.

NOTE: Items purchased during a promotion period (products on sale before discount code) are eligible for an exchange or online credit note (excluding postage), (products on sale before discount code), but cannot be refunded.

NOTE: Online credit notes cannot be redeemed in stores.

Verali Shoes recommends sending return packages via registered mail as Verali is not responsible if your return is not received at the Verali Shoes address. If your package is lost, you will need to provide two documents; proof of delivery to the Verali Shoes address and a scanned image of the signature obtained at the time of delivery. Verali will not be liable for any damages if you fail to provide this information.

Verali Shoes does not currently accept “change of mind” returns on products shipped to addresses outside of Australia. See the International Returns section below for full details.

Please follow the instructions on the return form inside the shoe box to return the shoe in the size you would like to exchange. Alternatively, you can download the returns form above.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for any size exchange. Please allow 2 – 4* business days for your order to ship, and an additional 2 – 3 business days for delivery.

What if the product is defective or delivered incorrectly?
Verali Shoes places great emphasis on ensuring that Verali Shoes products are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you discover that a Verali Shoes product is defective, or Verali Shoes does not deliver what you ordered, Verali Shoes will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

Verali Shoes will accept returns if the product purchased online is defective or the product delivered does not match your order. However, you will be required to provide proof of purchase (which may include an invoice, credit card statement, or other statement of payment) when returning the product.

All products purchased online that are claimed to be defective are required to be sent back to Verali for formal evaluation by the Verali Product Development Team. Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returning defective products, but this amount will be refunded to your account once the product is received. Please make sure you provide a delivery receipt including all charges to ensure your refund can be processed.
