Please log in to your account. Find and click your order under Order History. Find the item you want to return or exchange and click Returned Item to submit your request.
Step 2: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)

Step 4: Receive your refund or exchange
Once AutoAnything receives your package, AutoAnything will process your refund or exchange immediately. You can expect your refund, minus any applicable restocking fees, to be credited to the payment method you originally placed your order with within 5 to 7 business days. If you choose to exchange, AutoAnything will ship your returned item immediately upon receipt.
