Returns and exchanges
Bogs is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date and receive a refund or exchange, subject to the following change of mind conditions:

-Exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment of online order.

– Accompanied by satisfactory proof of purchase (see below)

– Product is in unworn/original condition, including original packaging (i.e. shoe box)

Bogs Footwear’s policies (including change of mind restrictions) do not exclude or replace your rights under consumer warranties required by the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or other laws.

How to return an online order:
1. Products are subject to return, refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.

2. Please ensure that all returned items are unworn and in their original packaging. (i.e. shoe box)

3. Complete the returns form provided at the time of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by this return form. Download it here.

4. Please wrap your return in a mailing bag or box and mail to the address below. Do not put labels or tape on the original shoe box. (Shipping costs are borne by the customer, Bogs Footwear does not refund shipping costs)

5. Bogs Footwear recommends using a delivery service with trackable packages as Bogs Footwear accepts no responsibility for lost packages.

6. Once your return is received at Bogs Footwear’s online warehouse, Bogs Footwear’s customer service team will process your return and contact you if additional information is required.

Once the item is received at the Bogs Footwear warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process an exchange or refund.

Please note:

– The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item (unless defective)

– Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.

– Returns may be delayed during sales, promotions and holidays.

Proof of purchase
Return, refund, exchange or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following proof of purchase:

– Online tax invoice (your shipping confirmation email is your tax invoice with the subject line: Your order shipped)

– Financial statements (i.e. bank statements, credit card statements)

To return any item online using Afterpay, please send your return to Bogs Footwear’s online warehouse at Warehouse 3, 416 Somerville Road, Tottenham, VIC 3012. All returns must be processed through the online store. Return for exchange or refund after payment.
