General policy
All returns, exchanges and warranty claims require proof of purchase from Baby Tula or an authorized retailer.
There are no returns, exchanges or warranties on any items purchased second hand.
Baby Tula reserves the right to cancel any order. Any orders canceled by Baby Tula will not be shipped and a full refund will be issued.
Any items that have been used, cleaned or modified will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless the one-year warranty below applies.
Once an order has been placed, Baby Tula is unable to make any additions to the order or make any changes to billing and shipping information. Please follow the instructions listed below to cancel your order so you can reorder with the correct details.
The Baby Tula community loves the exciting new products Baby Tula releases. Constantly changing inventory allows Baby Tula’s products to stand out. Due to limited supply, Baby Tula makes every effort to avoid overselling or mislisting. However, in the event of an overbooking, Baby Tula will not be able to offer identical products as substitutions or offer purchase rights in future releases.
Warranty
To complete a warranty claim, please email Baby Tula’s customer service team at help@babytula.com. Baby Tula products are handmade and may vary slightly, but this does not affect their use or safety. Normal wear and tear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal packaging bumps or imperfections, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by the warranty. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing issue or defect occurs, Baby Tula will work with you to provide you with a similar exchange. Defective items must be returned to Baby Tula and processed by the Baby Tula team. Baby Tula does not assume warranty responsibility if the product has been altered in any way. The term “alteration” is defined to include, but is not limited to, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and the addition or removal of fabric after purchase. Baby Tula is also not responsible for warranty coverage on any items purchased second hand.

One year limited warranty
The following products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects: Explore Carriers, Tula Lite Carriers, Free-to-Grow Carriers, Standard Carriers, Toddler Carriers, Half-Buckle Carriers, Woven Bag Straps, Loop Carriers, Kids Backpacks, and Signature Carriers.

30 day limited warranty
The following products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects: Tula blankets, Torbas, infant rugs, seat extenders, Tula mini toy carriers, overalls, fanny packs, lunch bags, shoes, accessories and replacement parts.
