Founded in 2014, Aster & Oak was born out of one mom’s journey to naturally relieve her child’s allergies and eczema.

As a mom of two, founder Melissa struggled to find baby clothing that checked all her boxes—suited her son’s eczema-prone skin; Frustrated by the lack of organic baby clothes in Australia, Melissa decided to make her own baby clothes, sketching and designing previous seasons on her living room floor at home.

Today, Aster & Oak remains a family-owned business. Melissa and her husband worked with a small team of local artists who hand-painted the illustrations for each charming collection that is now worn in homes around the world.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Aster & Oak does make this – and its complement – perfect for gifting! ! ! Every Aster & Oak order is packed in a branded tissue or compostable bag and is packaged without an invoice. You also have the option to add a gift message during checkout.

Can I return items purchased online?
On full priced items, Aster & Oak is happy to accept returns due to change of mind or wrong size within 30 days of purchase, with the tag still attached. Items may be returned for store credit toward the original item price to purchase a different size or item that may fit better.
