Delivery costs and times.

To calculate your shipping costs, simply add your products to your cart, fill in your shipping address and preferred shipping method. Fees will vary based on your order total and the shipping method you choose.

Most orders approved for stock and credit by 12pm will be shipped the same day.

Standard shipping time is:
Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and ACT metropolitan areas – overnight
Queensland and Tasmania metropolitan areas – 2 days
Western Australia and Northern Territory metropolitan areas – 5 days
Any area outside of these areas may have an extra day.

Please note that due to the Australian lockdown, all deliveries are experiencing delays. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

Free shipping on orders over $1,000.

Enjoy free standard shipping when you spend $1,000 or more (excluding GST).

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation or can be found under “My Orders” in the “My Account” section of the website.

Regarding delivery of goods.

Please check the received goods according to the packing list within 10 working days after receiving the goods.

This is especially important if items are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabeled or decorated, as picking errors can occur. If you discover a picking error before your order is printed, AS Color Australia can replace the product, but AS Color Australia will not be able to replace the product once it has been printed.

Restocking fee.

The minimum purchase fee for all wholesale and trade orders is $20.
All orders over $200 are subject to a 10% purchase fee. This includes the time it takes AS Color Australia to inventory, check goods for markings, refold each size and return it to its correct warehouse location.

Sample order.

Sample orders are non-refundable. Sample orders are considered any order of less than 5 items.
Any returned sample orders will be donated to charity and will not be returned to the customer.
Any orders returned after 60 days will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please note – important.

Under no circumstances will AS Color be responsible for any screen printing costs or pay for reprints.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the item prior to decoration or printing. Products that have been printed, washed, dyed, relabeled or decorated are not returnable. AS Color Australia therefore strongly recommends that you check all orders rather than sending them directly to your printer. AS Color Australia also recommends inspecting AS Color products or purchasing samples in the showroom before placing a final order.

Please be sure to check that your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping your order direct to the printer, please ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip as AS Color Australia is manual only and picking errors may occur. If you discover a picking error before your order is printed, AS Color Australia can fix the error, but AS Color Australia will not be able to replace the product once it has been printed.

For any returns, AS Color Australia recommends using a tracked courier service.
