How do I redeem a Viator promo code when paying?

What is Viator’s cancellation policy?
Every travel activity you can book on Viator.com includes one of three cancellation policies. If the event has a free cancellation policy, you can receive a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. If your business has Viator’s modest cancellation policy, you can cancel up to 96 hours before your business starts to receive a full refund. Finally, events with strict cancellation policies must be canceled at least one week in advance to receive a full refund.
Does Viator offer a price match guarantee?
If after completing your reservation you discover a better fare for any travel activity available on Viator.com, Viator will refund you the difference. To receive the Best Price Guarantee, the details of the lowest price event must be exactly the same as the event you booked.
Viator Travel Booking and Payment Policy
Booking a tour on Viator is free. There is no booking fee. The tour guide will charge a 20% deposit to confirm your location. The 20% guide fee is usually rounded to the nearest dollar. The minimum deposit is €1 or USD 1.50, depending on the currency used by the guide. The remaining balance will be paid in cash to the tour guide on the day of tour. The amount shown on the booking confirmation (sent via email) is the legal amount payable to the tour guide. Payment can be made in Euros, US dollars or local currency. Traveler Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel a Viator reservation up to 24 hours before your confirmed reservation time. Please follow the instructions here to cancel or change your booking details. Cancellation by tourists before the deadline will render the reservation invalid and the deposit will not be refunded. If canceled after the trip, the deposit will be 100% refunded.
