Stella McCartney (Stella McCartney) Return and Exchange Policy
Stella McCartney accepts returns on any item purchased from its online store within 20 days of the delivery date.

To return an item, please complete the returns form and follow the instructions to process your return request. Pack your returns securely, ensuring they are in original condition, unused, have all tags and tags attached and are in the original packaging. Send your package to a UPS point of sale using the prepaid label that comes with your shipment.

Your refund will be processed based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Credit cards will reflect refunds within 7 business days of confirmation of acceptance of return. And PayPal will reflect within 24 hours after confirming acceptance of the return.

To exchange an item, please complete the return form, select the “Exchange” option, and select a replacement size and/or color from available sizes and/or colors. Upon receipt of your return, the item will be shipped to you immediately.
