About Ruby Love
Crystal Etienne founded the company in 2015 to help women maintain a normal lifestyle. It was originally called PantyProp but was renamed Ruby Love in 2024. Ruby Love offers a wide range of products specifically designed for women during their periods. These products are made with an absorbent organic cotton lining, a leak-proof barrier, another odor-resistant, absorbent layer, and dri-tech mesh to prevent leaks. This product can be used alone or with other menstrual products. Ruby Love sells a reversible pad that fits most clothing, whether it’s lingerie, swimwear, activewear or pajamas. Ruby Love also sells incontinence products for men and seniors.

Another way to save money is to buy a kit. Kits come with a variety of items that would end up costing more if purchased individually. If you prefer to subscribe to your kit monthly, the longer your subscription, the cheaper the kit will be. For example, a 12-month subscription costs $24.99 per month, a six-month subscription costs $29.99 per month, and a three-month subscription costs $34.99 per month.

What is Ruby Love’s shipping policy?
As mentioned above, free shipping is available on orders of at least $65. Otherwise, your order will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.95. USPS is the standard shipping carrier. Expedited shipping costs $23.93 and takes three to four business days. Two day and overnight shipping are available for an additional fee.

Does Ruby Love accept returns?
Due to the nature of the items sold by Ruby Love, returns cannot be made. However, if you receive the incorrect product, your order will be refunded. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we can accommodate your request; this is at the Company’s sole discretion. Exchanges typically take up to 30 days to complete. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
