MATT and NAT shipping policy
MATT & NAT ships goods from its Canadian warehouse. The company currently only offers scheduled deliveries. The shipment is delivered by UPS to the delivery address in the United States, and the delivery time is 3 to 10 boxes. Shipping costs may vary depending on the location of the shipping address. Check the shipping and delivery conditions here.
MATT and NAT recommend return and exchange policies
MATT & NAT accepts returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for refund or exchange. The returned goods must be brand new, unused, in the original packaging, and have all labels and tags attached. Shoes should be tried on in a carpeted area to avoid scratching the sole. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
To return an item, please contact customer service at returnusa@mattandnat.com and provide the order number and the reason for the return/exchange. You will receive an email with a return authorization (RA) number and the address of the warehouse where the product can be returned most recently. Pack and seal your return safely, making sure to clearly mark your RA number on the package when returning MATT & NAT.

MATT & NAT price adjustment
If your MATT & NAT online purchase sees a price drop within 24 hours, you have the right to adjust the price. Discounted items during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day are not included. To obtain price adjustments, please email your order number to care@mattandnat.com. Once the price adjustment is applied, the item is the final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
How to use MATT and NAT promo codes

In the lower left corner of the page, enter your coupon code using the exact capitalization and spelling printed on the coupon, and click “Apply Coupon”. If you are using a gift card, please check the “Pay with gift card” box and enter the gift card code in the box that appears, then click “Apply Gift Card”. Your discount will be applied to your purchase.
