What are Hintsters?
Hintsters is a 100% free online community where members can express their opinions by participating in online surveys and writing reviews about products and services you have experienced. Once you register on our site and tell us a little about yourself, your preferences will be matched with unique survey opportunities. You can also start writing reviews and you can take as many surveys or reviews as you want and get rewarded. The more you do, the more rewards you will receive.

How can I make money taking surveys?
Once you register on our site and tell us a little about yourself, your preferences will be matched with unique survey opportunities. Do as much or as little research as you need. You will be rewarded for every survey you complete. The more surveys you take, the more rewards you get!

How to make money writing reviews?
After signing up, you will be able to view reviews of products and services you have experienced. You will be rewarded for the quality of your reviews and the positive feedback you receive from other Hintsters members. To get more rewards, make sure you write a great review that highlights all the pros and cons of your product or service and how it compares to other products or services. Including Hintsters who help others have a great experience or make the right decision.

What can I earn?

How do I write a great review?
Write your review based on your personal experience and describe the product or service as you would to a friend. Readers will pay more attention when comments are personal and passionate. Share some personal notes on why certain things are more important to you. Try to highlight all the pros and cons of your product or service and how it compares to other products or services. Include personal Hintsters to help others have a great experience or make the right decision.

How do I ask a question or write a review?
You can ask questions or write comments and get responses from the author or other members of Hintsters. Just state your question or write a comment in the question and answer section.

How to add photos on Hintsters?
Just find the product or service and click Add Photo, then select the photo from the files.

How do I bookmark or save a product or service I want to see or try?
Find the product or service you want to save and click Save. The list will be saved in the Activity account on the Saved tab.

How to add a listing on Hintsters?
You can only add listings from categories we currently offer on Hinsters. If the category you are looking for is not listed, please contact us regularly as we are constantly adding new categories.

Before adding a listing, do a search to make sure the product or service is not already listed on Hintsters.
Click Add List.
NOTE: New listings will not be made public until our team reviews and approves them.

Where is my confirmation email?
Once the registration process is complete, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. To avoid future emails being filtered by your spam folder, be sure to add support@Hintstersmail.com to your approved senders list. If you need a new confirmation email sent to you, log into My Account, use the Account tab to verify that the address you provided is correct, and select Send New Email.

How do I change the name on my user account?
To change the name of your user account:
Please remember that promotional or offensive usernames are not allowed and using a username may result in your account being closed.

Go to the Account Settings section of your account.
Click on profile
Enter the new name you want to use
Click to save changes

Why haven’t I heard back from customer support?
We strive to ensure that every inquiry we receive is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Every email sent to customer support will be responded to within 3-4 business days. Therefore, it is important that you receive our emails and survey invitations. Please make sure to put us on the safe list of your most common email providers.
