At Haigh’s, Haigh’s Chocolates strives to process, pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Haigh’s chocolates are shipped Monday through Thursday.
How do you ship my order?
Haigh’s Chocolates uses Australia Post for all deliveries. Due to the increased potential for exposure to heat, Haigh’s Chocolates currently only delivers to addresses within Australia and does not deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
I live overseas, can I order and arrange delivery to an Australian address?
Yes, simply order online or email customercare@haighs.com.au and the customer service team will help and deal with it.
Online Return Policy
The Haigh’s Chocolates website and the Haigh’s Chocolates online store area have been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible about all Haigh’s Chocolates products. To help you make the right choice, use this information and choose carefully.
1. Unless Haigh’s Chocolates agrees otherwise in its absolute discretion, all products are sold non-returnable unless • the product is received in a damaged condition in accordance with these Terms; and or • the incorrect product is supplied to you; or or • There is something wrong with the product.
2. If the product delivered is not the product you ordered (including any substitute product), does not match its description or the product delivered is of substandard quality, Haigh’s Chocolates will deliver a replacement product to you or refund the money you have paid according to Haigh’s Chocolates’ selected price .
3. You must make a credit claim by emailing customercare@haighs.com.au within seven (7) days of receipt or collection of the product and must produce a copy of the product receipt, otherwise any such claim will be deemed invalid. You can consider giving up.
4. If Haigh’s Chocolates agrees to return the product for credit, you will be informed of the correct procedure to follow to return the product.
5. If you are entitled to a refund from Haigh’s Chocolates, Haigh’s Chocolates will pay you as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days. You must maintain any product you intend to return to Haigh’s Chocolates in good condition while in your possession.
